Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Fees:

3 or more business days’ notice: No fee
2 business days or less: 100% of appointment fee (including travel costs, where applicable)

Travel Costs and Cancellations:

If your therapist has not started traveling to you: No travel charge.
If your therapist already travelled to your location or is on en route to you: Travel time will be charged as part of the cancellation fee.

How To Cancel An Appointment

To cancel an appointment, please do one of the following:

Name of the person that the appointment is for

First Name

Last Name

Please list the date/s of the appointments you want to cancel

Please provide the reason for cancelling the appointment

Who is making this request to cancel the appointment? Please list your name

Please note that only people who have been authorised by the client/person can cancel their appointments.
