Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Below is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fees:
3 or more business days’ notice: No fee
2 business days or less: A cancellation fee will apply. You will be charged for the booked appointment time, plus any travel charges that are applicable (see below for more information)
Travel Costs and Cancellations:
If your therapist has not started travelling to you: No travel charge
If your therapist has already travelled to your location or is on en route to you: Travel charges will be charged as part of the cancellation fee
